1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clarion AI ("the Service"), operated by ClearConsent DataSec Private Limited ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clarion AI is an AI trust and compliance platform that provides trust labeling, PII detection, jurisdiction compliance analysis, and related AI governance tools via web interface and API.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process
Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
Share your API keys or account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to 18% GST. Refunds are not provided for partial months. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from your dashboard.

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

Each plan includes a specific number of API calls per month. Calls exceeding your plan's limit may be billed as overage at the rate specified in your plan, or blocked for free-tier users. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) usage does not consume platform credits.

7. Data Processing

The Service processes text data you submit for trust analysis and PII detection. We do not store your input prompts or AI responses beyond the current session unless you explicitly enable conversation history. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, trust labeling engine, compliance rules, and user interface, is the intellectual property of ClearConsent DataSec Private Limited. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of content you submit.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trust labels and compliance assessments are informational and do not constitute legal advice. Always consult qualified legal counsel for compliance decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearConsent DataSec Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
