These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clarion AI platform ("Service"), operated by ClearConsent DataSec Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Company", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Clarion AI provides trust-labeled AI responses with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) detection, compliance analysis, and multi-model routing. The Service processes user prompts through third-party AI models (including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) and applies proprietary trust-labeling, PII detection, and compliance analysis algorithms.
The Service is provided "as-is." Trust labels and compliance findings are algorithmic assessments and do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before acting on them.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials, API keys, and BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) configurations. You must notify us immediately at hello@clarion-ai.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for more than 12 months.

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Internal billing uses millirrupees (1,000 millirrupees = INR 1.00). Each API call is billed based on input tokens (1 millirrupee per token) and output tokens (5 millirrupees per token). Calls made using BYOK keys do not deduct platform credits.
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Top-up packs expire 12 months after purchase.
The Service, including its trust-labeling algorithms, PII detection engine, compliance rule sets, and user interface, is the intellectual property of ClearConsent DataSec Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of the content you submit and receive. We claim no ownership over your prompts or AI-generated responses.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing described therein.
When you use the Service, your prompts are sent to third-party AI model providers for inference. These providers process data under their own terms. We select providers that do not use customer prompts for model training (Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain audit log data as required by applicable compliance obligations (minimum 90 days). You may request data export before termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearConsent DataSec Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Trust labels, PII flags, and compliance findings are provided for informational purposes. They do not replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party AI model outputs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
